COVID Policies

Healing Solutions continues to follow CDC Guidelines related to COVID-19 (masking, social distancing, cleaning, etc). When Community Spread of COVID-19 is Medium or Low Risk Healing Solutions is not requiring masks for in office appointments, however, some therapists have chosen individually to continue to require masks in their offices during appointments and will remain masked themselves; the front office is happy to share which therapists would prefer their clients to remain masked. When Community Spread of COVID-19 is High Risk, Healing Solutions will require masks for in office appointments and all staff will be masked.

Upon attending in office appointments each client will be asked questions from a short COVID-19 screening to assess for current risk of potential spread. The lobby and high touch areas of the office are cleaned regularly throughout the day between appointment times; and therapists will continue to clean their offices/toys/therapy tools between client appointments.

Any staff member that is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 has been instructed to not report to the office and if well enough will be offering telehealth appointments in lieu of in office appointments until well. Healing Solutions is following CDC Recommendations pertaining to exposure, quarantining, and isolating for all staff members based on vaccination status. Healing Solutions asks that all clients also follow CDC guidelines pertaining to exposure, quarantining, isolation based on vaccination status when considering keeping or rescheduling appointments.
